Our services aim to improve your online visibility and Google rankings by optimizing your presence on Google Search and Maps, ensuring accurate business information, and employing strategies to enhance customer engagement.

2. Service Scheduling and Delivery

All services are scheduled and delivered on a monthly basis. The majority of our work is front-loaded, meaning that most of the tasks and optimizations are completed at the beginning of each term. This approach is designed to maximize the effectiveness of our strategies over the entire month.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment for services is required upfront before any work begins. By making a payment, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and understand that all payments are final and non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

Clikhive does not offer refunds after payment is made. Our services are front-loaded, and substantial work is performed at the start of the service term. Therefore, all payments are non-refundable. By engaging our services, you agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Cancellation Policy

To cancel services, you must provide Clikhive with a written notice at least 30 days before the end of the current service term. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. If the required notice is not provided, services will continue, and charges will apply for the next month.

6. Guarantee Policy

Unless otherwise specified Clikhive does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from its services. Digital marketing outcomes depend on various factors, including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and customer behavior, which are beyond our control. As such, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the effectiveness or results of our services.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Clikhive reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clikhive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our liability under these Terms, for any reason, will not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Clikhive in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clikhive operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
